BCSEM is responsive to the needs and interests of Southeastern Michigan communities. Our success as a not-for-profit organization depends entirely on continued engagement of our member communities. BCSEM receives no State of Michigan funding. We offer a tax-deductibl annual membership for only $25. BCSEM meets quarterly to network among our communities. If your neighboring communities are not yet members, please encourage them to join us. Membership in BCSEM is also open to your local garden clubs and organizations.
